Marie France & Harry

This was a very special occasion for me, and meant a lot. I photographed many weddings in Turkey but this was my very first in Richmond, BC. Witnessing their love and their ceremony was a great experience and excitement for me. I really appreciate for this wonderful opportunity and loved every minute of it ♥


Marie France & Harry wanted to have an outside session first before the ceremony and Minoru Park which is really close to the venue was our location to shoot. I heard that this park was renovated last year and it was really nice, green and quiet (this is an important thing!) while we are taking pictures. There is a nice Chapel and a lake which is not really small, wooden bridges and walking trails which are all good to have. Bonus was a nice sunny weather ♥

It took nearly an hour to take all these pictures and we went back to their home before the ceremony starts. Our aim is to have couple of photographs of their cutie dog Lucky with them and in their home where they live together. This idea turned really perfect at the end !

And as a final part we were at the venue, to meet with the family and the friends ♥ It was a small, intimate and very close group of people and everybody had fun. The wedding was coordinated and planned really well (I will provide the details of the organisation below), I loved all the details. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming, we as the photography crew, felt that they were also friends of ours. Photographers reading this will understand the feeling behind this. I wish a long, happy joyfull life together, for this beautiful couple !
